LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MENTORING

It includes determining the leadership competencies that managers need to develop in order to achieve their business goals and evaluating the current situation, determining the target levels in these competencies, clarifying their business performance and interaction areas, planning actions and following up. Content and duration planning is made in line with the needs analysis.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

It is a program that supports managers to know themselves better and progress towards realizing their potential, to become stronger in team management, and to discover and eliminate obstacles that delay achieving business results. It is recommended to have a minimum of 5 sessions, one of which should be discovery, depending on the manager’s needs.

TEAM COACHING

It is a program that will enable teams to communicate, cooperate, and move towards a common goal by understanding team dynamics in a way that will increase their performance. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended.

CORPORATE TRAINING
