PCC, Leadership Mentor and Coach, Instructor

She completed ITU Industrial Engineering Department and Boğaziçi University Business Administration Master’s Program.

She worked as a Specialist and Manager in the fields of Purchasing, Strategic Planning, Quality Management Systems, Human Resources and Marketing at Filli Boya. She worked as Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager at Yurtbay, Yıldız Entegre and Mazars Denge. As the Association for Coaching Turkey Coordinator between 2018-2020, she carried out projects for the recognition and dissemination of coaching in Turkey and she delivered corporate training programs. Between 2020 and 2023, she contributed to the development of company leaders and teams as a coach, mentor, instructor and assessor in the positions of Leadership Development Mentor and Leadership Business Partner at LC Waikiki. She took part as a coaching instructor in the Corporate Academy Leader Coaching program.

She received ICF accredited Professional Coaching and Team Coaching trainings in 2017 and 2018. She carried out Individual Coaching and Team Coaching activities, Personal Development and Leadership Trainings with corporates and organizations, NGOs and Coaching Associations. She completed the Psychological Limits of Coaching, Optimum Balance Model (ODM) “1”, “2” and “Family”, NLP Practitioner, Gestalt Personal Development and Practicum, Coaching Practicum and Assessment Programs. She continues her professional development with new challenges.

She has memberships in ICF, Association for Coaching, BÜMED, PWN Istanbul and PERYÖN. She continues her work as a leadership mentor, leadership coach and trainer with the PCC (ICF) title. She supports startups with entrepreneurial mentoring at Incubation Centers.

Her biggest motivation is to “contribute” with her experiences, values ​​and strengths.
